Your time means nothing to RAM couriers
For the second time now this company phoned me to tell me when they are going to come and do a pick-up, then a day later still nothing.
I have an active enquiry at Vodacom which depends on this package being picked up by RAM in the Waverley area of Pretoria.
They do not have any pride in their work and time is a non-existent factor in their work when I see the flood of complaints everywhere against this company.
If I had a choice I won't deal with them ever again, but Vodacom makes use of them so once again as a client you are being mistreated and complaints are falling on deaf ears.

27 Aug 2020, 14:14They didn't give me one and to contact them is useless. One of your consultants phoned me the day before yesterday to come and pick it up in Waverley, Pretoria. Surely you can pick it up according to that information and my telephone number ***. I am not going to phone Vodacom again.
