Your services sucks

I really am ****ed off hey, i can't believe that when you guys say you tried to attempt a delivery you mean that you passed by the delivery address, because i was supposed to get my delivery two weeks back and today the online tracking said that the parcel is out for delivery, they called my mom saying they are in Johannesburg at that time i was outside my building i didn't see any RAM delivery truck my mom even gave them my numbers so they can call me they didn't even bother to call they just passed i didn't get the parcel or don't they deliver when it is raining truly guys your services sucks next time when you say you are the the delivery residence it you should stop and call and also wait at least 5 minutes for people to get out of the rooms we take elevators or stairs to come outside we don't magically appear outside, your services sucks man.
