Your incompetence knows no limits I wonder why are you still in business

I ordered a package from Supersonic on the 20th September which was meant to be delivered within 3-5 business days, I was informed my order is on its way on the 23rd, on this day I was at work on I therefore opted to reschedule my delivery to be made on the 29th, guess what! at 17:04 today they sent me a text informing me that my delivery was unsuccessful and the reason cited was "no-one at home" and because the area I live in is considered a high risk area this is why they couldn't deliver after 5 pm

I was working from home today and I have been home today, my property has surveillance cameras, therefore I can confirm that you are lying!

I contacted their call Centre to follow up on my order and I was assured delivery will be made today,

So Ram hand- to - hand couriers please answer the following questions?

You committed to delivering on the 29/09/2025 a date given by you(why did you lie, and not fulfill the delivery this is very disgusting and unprofessional)

Why take on deliveries for so-called "high risk areas" and then fail to fulfil the deliveries, surely you should've opted not to deliver and delivery can be done by a competent delivery company.

I have wasted my time and airtime calling you, I want that airtime to be reimbursed I spend over R100 in calling you.

I would like to advise any business that wishes to courier goods to consider other service providers RAM-hand to hand is ***********, their staff is calous and inefficient
