Your employee is *****ing from customer parcels

I use your service to send my stock to the warehouse Last week, your employee Moshe phoned me and told me that my sticker on the box is not scanable She was not referring to RAM sticker but takealot sticker (Why is she scanning takealot sticker and why is she not reprinting waybill and scan it?) I sent her a copy of shipping Label via email She phoned me again and asked me to send Shipping note with the list of what was inside the box ( ps:I have been using your service for a while and this has never happened to me before as I have already captured information online) About 2 Days later take a lot confirmed that they received incomplete stock I sent her an email and asked her about missing stock . She confirmed that she’s got my missing stock ( you can pull out the phone record made to my mobile number). I have emails as proof She then asked me to send her an invoice to be refunded. Why is she refunding me instead of giving me my stock back?
