Your drivers threaten teenage girls

To say your service is shocking is a total understatement. This is easily the worst service I have ever received from all service providers I have encountered in my entire life!

Your simple job is to deliver a parcel. I am not your client, the company I bought from is your client. The company I bought from informed me I needed proof of residence and a copy of my ID to receive my parcel. Then you add a requirement that says you need the original ID. Last week, your first delivery guy was extremely rude, uncooperative and threatening to my 15 year daughter. He was also abusive to me on the phone. I called your company, you said that you will deal with him (phone me back for feedback) nothing of the sort happened. Then you agreed with me that a certified copy of my ID is good enough, I cannot be expected to leave my ID around (especially since I told you I need it everyday for work).

Then your second driver came the following day on Friday. First he calls me to ask me what my address is. Now surely this is a violation of safety. My kids are at home and I cannot tell strange men my address. When I told him to phone your company to find out the address, he was rude and abusive on the phone, I had to terminate the call. I'm assuming he called the office because he called me when he was at home. Again, he was abusive to my 15 year old daughter, demanding my original ID. I told him the conversation I'd had with the office the previous day. He refused to leave the parcel. Then your office called me, and asked instead to deliver the parcel at my place of work. I gave them the address, and specifically told them that at work I am in meetings and workshops the whole day. They need to call me in advance to arrange a time to deliver, and stick to that time because I have my days filled with work that I am actually being paid to do. She promised to call in advance to set up a time

On Monday, I saw I had over 10 missed calls from your driver, your company and our reception. Turns out that despite my instructions, your driver thought he knew best and came to my office without calling for an appointment. I was in an 8-5 workshop, presenting for most of the time and could not take any calls.

Tuesday, same thing. Today is Wednesday, no one has called to set up an appointment.

So this is what I'm going to do, not only am I going to report your extremely bad and threatening behaviour of your drivers to women and young children, I will tell them of your incompetency. I will put this on twitter, so they know, how RAM treats 15 year old girls by grown up men. Then I want my parcel delivered.
