Your drivers can lie shame

Your driver first returned with my parcel after I refused to open my room for him as his way of confirming that I really reside in the delivery place, Fine we rescheduled for another delivery however now the service I am getting is just to "spite me". I got an SMS to state that my parcel is out for delivery today only to find out that the driver already sent a wrong report to say that I do not reside at the address given. You are just treating me unfairly and I really do not have time to be dealing with the same thing over and over again.
