Your customer service sucks and your delivery service is even worse.

Honestly so fed up with Ram Couriers and their absolutely USELESS service!!! My parcel has been with them for a while week and everyday they’ve tried to deliver but keep on failing to deliver. I don’t understand as my address is on GOOGLE MAPS - it’s a business address and I have plenty deliveries on a daily basis. Every day someone called to say it has failed to deliver and that it will arrive tomorrow but the same thing just keeps happening. I don’t understand it. I then explained everyday to the person on the phone that this is ridiculous and all they ever say is, we will escalate it but then the next day comes and it’s the same flippen story.
