You're service sucks
I have been sitting with a collection package since last week Tuesday, Received a call Friday for collection, NO COLLECTION. Then received a call Monday morning from them, NO COLLECTION. Today I called back to find out what's happening - no follow up. This is seriously ridiculous, I work in a call centre environment and know all about service and guess what? You're service sucks!!!!!!
