You just cannot get hold of them
You can not get hold of anyone - it takes them 2 days to tell you the package has not been collected - first day at 13:41 assigned for collection then at 19:00 attempt failed to late - next morning 08:21 assigned again - now 17:00 the package still shows as not collected - whatsapp pfff that does not work - calling you need a day of work to hold on - no response on the emails and web queries - A Joke

I got delivered the wrong parcel today - my parcel is now on its way to East London
The person seding the package wrote on the parcel in BIG BOLD BLACK and they still got it wrong
I got parcel BOBRDS4XK
And my parcel BOBRNKTJ6 is on its way to another person - and like i said in big letters the parcel number is written

I got delivered the wrong parcel today - my parcel is now on its way to East London

19 Dec 2024, 07:50And RAM did it again - no response since my last message - they still delivered the wrong package to the other client after i told them to stop the parcel and reroute - so now my package is somewhere in east london - and the incorrect package i returned is also on its way to east london - I guess i should just tell my child sorry no gift for you RAM is a GRINCH
