****y RAM courier driver - Do you want your parcel or not I was told !!!

Highly disappointed in the service received from RAM couriers today. Upon first interaction with the driver kept on interrupting while I was busy trying to respond to what he asked. Secondly, he claimed that he advised me of the ID I need to bring along when collecting the package. I cannot recall being telephonically told by the driver to bring along my ID. I was then asked by the driver in a **** way, do I want my parcel or not !! I then advised that I will go and check for my ID quickly. Upon my return , he asked me if I have a pen and I said no I do not. When asked for his details, he refused to provide his name and I then signed for my package. We are trying to support local businesses, but grown people still do not understand that if you are in a customer facing role, you have to act out a certain level of professionalism and connect with a customer to give them the best experience. Not make them feel like you are doing them a favor. I say find another profession if you cannot even **** a smile or a friendly demeanor. There are people actually eager and hungry for these type of work opportunities and that enjoys working with people and providing this very service !!!
