Wrong Delivery
RAM drivers delivered my package to the wrong person without checking the name on the package versus the person’s name who collected the package. They never even called me.

03 Jan 2025, 09:29Thank you. I will not down the driver’s name as when he called he stipulated that he usually delivers to that address which shows his incompetence. You’re not supposed to work on “usual” occasions, he was supposed to call me and read the address on the invoice as well as the surname. Instead of delivering based on his fami****ity with customers. I will wait until after 14;00 as he said he’ll be here by then. I hope I receive my package in great condition as expected or I’ll be calling again until I do.
