Would NOT recommend RAM couriers! Slow tardy service

I booked a parcel to be collected on Wednesday! It's Friday evening and the parcel STILL has not been collected. 1 day is maybe understandable, but two days? UNACCEPTABLE! There's no excuse. Do some people just not care about good business ethics? I would NOT recommend RAM couriers.
