WORST WORST WORST COURIER COMPANY

I bought clothes from Bash, so they are using RAM for delivery, I have been tracking the package online and at first, wrong address was captured, I don't know which address they used and where they got it, then the second attempt they said I refused the package and I have never received anything from them, third attempt says wrong address, they don't even call you like all the other courier companies do, if they are lost why is the driver not calling to confirm the location. I'm still waiting for a package that was supposed to take 2-3 working days, I'm highly disappointed in RAM and there are so many bad reviews online about them I don't even know why BASH used them.
