Worst worst EXCUSE EVER!!!!
Been waiting on a delivery from Ram today, just saw status as non delivery, been waiting home all day, there was no one from any courier company here today or pass by, NO ONE TRIED CONTACTING ME EITHER, Please they should tell me what cars are in my yard, whay the front looks like if they claim to have been here with no one here, this is not on, if they running late and decide they done for the day they should not make excuses such as these. I'm not accepting this!!!!!! This is a crucial delivery!!!!!! I want the driver to contact me directly to tell me what time he was here and what happened as he claim non delivery!!!!

04 Dec 2020, 20:11One more thing, not sure how their operation works, but Monday to Friday usually are 8 to 5 working hours for people, do they just assume people are home to accept deliveries? As i said if it wasnt for me TRACKING MY PARCEL, I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WAITING, even though i made sure i was home and available myself, there is otherwise ALWAYS someone home!!!!
