WORST STUPID RAM DRIVERS!!!
I am very unimpressed by the treatment I got from one of Rams drivers who threw me with my ID while I was speaking to him. I was expecting a delivery from Ram amd why on Earth was this stupid useless man sent to deliver my parcel???
He has no sense of customer service whatsoever!!!!!!! He was with a lady in the van who was just as stupid, tomorrow will be my 3rd day waiting for my parcel!!!!!
I want it delivered WITHOUT fail tomorrow the 18th of February 2022 to my new address as promised.
I also WANT to speak to the CEO of this company because I will not be treated like this by a stupid driver who knows nothing but to be rude and useless!!!!! How on Earth do you hire someone like that to work for such a big company???? This is such a shame!
Please call me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

19 Feb 2022, 11:27Last night a receive a call from a Mthembu guy who I believe is your driver and said he'll deliver my parcel this morning around 8 at 16 Herman street Makro Germiston. I get to work and no one's called me for delivery.
I call in to you call Centre and like expected they tell me they'll deliver Monday Tuesday or Wednesday! What's that????? Can someone with brains give me a call???

This is ridiculous!!!!!! If you had followed up you would have noticed that I have still not recovered my parcel. Please provide your accounts managers phone number and let me speak to them
