Worst Service, would never use them if I am shipping by myself
Worst experience ever.
They messed up my delivery. One of the consultants hung up on me when I was explaining what was wrong.
Then spoke to the supervisor Londi, who promised my delivery would be made on Thursday instead of it being delivered they sent the package back to Vodacom. ,

14 Dec 2023, 10:27Ram only attempted 2 times first time they said the address was correct which it wasn’t, the second time the driver said the invoice was missing, the 3rd time they never attempted so I’m not sure when you say it had exceeded its delivery attempt.
From what I can see the fault was on your side both attempts

14 Dec 2023, 11:20It has to be resolved from Vodacom side we cannot make contact on the process of vodacom unless the order has been handed back to Ram.
