Worst Service - Terrible untrained staff - They dont even accept geen ID book.

Horrible , Terrible, untrained staff. I purchased a contract item from Vodacom and the driver of RAM courier came to deliver yesterday, He refused to give me the parcel because he doesn't recognise Green bracoded S.A ID's. He only wants a passport or plastic card ID. I have been on and off phoning them for 2 weeks trying to get them to deliver. They never contacted me and each time I tracked my parcel it sais delivery attempt failed , but they didn't even come to my address neither did they contact me. So how did they get to that conculsion. Then they returned my parcel back to Vodacom which by the way I still have to pay for RAM. You guys need to really start hiring qualified staff. I will never recommend or ever use thids courier . Bye and out .
