WORST service - still no response from things I ordered at start of november.

I WOULD NEVER—EVER—EVER want to do business with them AGAIN!!!

I am still waiting for my package. They don't answer—none of their contact services are working. I now think they have ****** my goods. Because why won't you help me? Why won't you deliver my package?

This is the worst service I have EVER had to deal with.
