WORST SERVICE IN THE WHOLE LOGISTICS AND COURIER INDUSTRY! Spoke to 4 customer service staff, one simply put the phone down on me, the other started shouting at me when I questioned his excuses. The other one told me they can't call the driver to find out where my parcel is and the other one told me that they can't get hold of the driver so they can't tell me when the consignment will be delivered. This is after I waited all day yesterday for the delivery only for them to show up for delivery after 17.00 when everyone in my office has left for the day. I have never experienced such a disgrace in the transport industry. The staff are rude, have no client services skills, have no etiquette. It's just an embarrassment of a company. Let's see if my parcel is ever delivered. What a joke. I wonder what FNB will say if I cancel my order with them due to the pathetic service from RAM.
