Worst service i have received in my life!
Vodacom and OfficialRAMsa has to be a match made in HELL! Firstly, i placed my initial order for my upgrade with vodacom on 2 April!!! That's over a month ago! They are so *********** that they couldn't provide a proper service to me. Then along comes RAM with their shoddy service as well! They can't follow simple instructions. They can't get simple address changes correct. They even have contact details wrong for my order. Where do they even get a wrong contact number from?? And then don't get me started on the communication between the two. This has honestly been the worst service i have EVER received from anybody in my life!
