Worst service I have ever experienced from a courier service.

The website live chat is useless and the consultant on the other end was dismissive. Was told the driver would contact me telephonically. He never did. I followed up with the live chat consultant and received no response and no phone call. Called the helpline number as well. Consultant told me the driver would call me. Waited again and still no phone call. Spent the entire day waiting for my package (which was out for delivery) and/or a phone call from the driver, which I was promised 3 times.

Neither came.

Would never use this service provider again.
