WORST SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH

I called Ram couriers (Polokwane) and I must say what a very BAD and disgusting service I received from these guys!!!!!!

All I wanted to do was to follow-up on my parcel which was out for delivery, as it’s been LONG overdue, but to my surprise when I called…the lady by the name of Beatrice (that’s if it’s her real name) who answered the phone was so RUDE and didn’t even bother taking my details or Waybill number, but instead just told me “the drivers will contact me”. I asked her “Are you not even going to take my Waybill number to atleast confirm if it will be delivered today or not?” Then guess what she does, she decides to give the phone to another agent and didn’t even bother apologising like really???!!!???

Ok so the other agent who picked up the phone (who’s apparently the Supervisor/Manager) and I explained to him the whole story as bad service received, but again he also didn’t do much justice to the situation and instead just asked for the waybill number to assist further.

I told him that he doesn’t even sound like he has any remorse about what I’ve just experienced, especially as a manage/supervisor. This has to be by far the worst service I’ve received from any courier companies, let along one that works with one of the biggest network providers being Vodacom. This is honestly concerning and I think all those agents working at this branch need serious training coz wow!!!
