Worst Service
Consignment No. RAIN04-***7 So I ordered my Sim card so that I can be able to work from home, RAM delivery guy came to deliver yesterday but told me he could not take 2 of my proof of address and demanded that he can only take a bank statement.
I then went to the bank to get a statement. Today the same guy came to deliver but suddenly now my Id is the problem, which he did not mention yesterday. If your people do not want to do their job then they must leave it. He ended up not leaving my sim card behind and told me he cannot take my ID book. I need advise of what to do going forward as I need the Sim card for Work Purposes.

Please note that we cannot be able to deliver the parcel if your ID does not reflect the last two digits of your identity number. If it is like that, it is deemed to be unacceptable as a valid ID.
