Worst service experience from a courier company

I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Ram services .I sent it on the 9th of December hoping it would reach it's destination by this week . I have tried calling the branch but they just keeping hanging up on me. I never had service like this from any other courier company and can't understand why they can't keep me updated ,which will be the right thing to do
