Worst service ever, rudest driver ever !

The most rude delivery women I have ever met. She was at the wrong address and a lady from RAM called me. I told her that we are at home, went outside and told her that they must be at the wrong address as there are no one outside. I heard her speaking to the driver and she told them they are at the wrong address. I told her that I will wait outside for them. After a view minutes they arrived. (Van Reg no: CV 03 BP GP) The man in the passenger side did not want to get out and he was eating from a tupper bowl. The woman did not get out and shout very rude that she was at the right address why do we give the wrong address. She was at no 8B. My husband told her if she looked at the houses around her. She shout from inside the car that she is not a child. My husband showed her the other house numbers no 6 and 10 and asked her how can she say she is now at the wrong address. Only at that stage the man in the passenger seat got out. My husband asked them to please just give us our parcel and the women shout for the man to get in the car as she is not 'n child and they will not deliver. They road off without giving our parcel. I made other arrangements with Vodacom as I never ever want a RAM Courrier on my property ever again. We did phone RAM on ***to report but till now no response back but like i said we did make other arrangements with Vodacom.
