Worst Service Ever received from Courier Company
I've been trying to get hold of someone to assist me with getting my parcel but no luck. @ agents dropped the call on me after holding for more than 15min. I fly out tomorrow at 12 and I have no clue where my parcel is. I haven't been receiving any communication on the location of my Parcel. Im even willing to pick it up myself from the warehouse and I can't even get one person to talk to. Worst Service ever.

29 Nov 2023, 14:06I have no problem with holding coz I understand call volumes can be unpredictable but dropping the phone on me after holding for so long is so disrespectful.
