Worst service ever received from a courier company

My daughter's parcel was out for delivery on Thursday to arrive before 5pm, day before Easter Weekend. It was never delivered. Then again it showed sheduled for delivery on Tuesday, msg on system indicated that it could not be delivered due to no one being at the address. It is a Business address and the statement made is totally not true. Offices are open daily from 7h45 to 16h30. Called on Wednesday morning and eventually spoke to and Agent by the name of R****, she advised that she would refer the matter to a manager and informed them that the driver never visited the address and updated the Contact number, she also wanted to know what time the offices closed, hopefully to get the parcel delivered. Shortly after the call, it again stated out for delivery begore 5pm. Called several times late afternoon as the parcel did not arrive, again got cut off many times, holding om forever and spoke to agents who never came back, sone calls were just disconnected all the time. At around 17h15 eventually got through to another agent after holding on for another 15+ min. She advised the matter was escalted on the system but there was no update captured since the escalation. She said that the Team Leader, C**** would definitely call me back before 6pm, no one called back. Right back to square Zero with no info as to when the parcel will be delivered, if ever! This is the worst service ever received from a courier company and a lot of time wasted with zero results.
