Worst service ever! Please stay away.

On Friday 10 June my package that I ordered through FNB was supposed to be delivered. In the morning of 10 June I received a call from RAM stating that my package was on the way. I stated that my wife will be receiving the package on my behalf and that she did have a copy of my ID on hand and RAM stated that this would not be a problem. Friday came and went and no package was delivered! On Monday 13 June I got the same message saying that my package is on its way. Later in the morning I got the call from the driver saying she is outside my wife's work. I told her my wife would be receiving the package and the driver refused to deliver the package because I was not there to collect it in person even though arrangements were made on Friday. This is also the same driver that said she tried to contact me on Friday for delivery but could not get hold of me. This is a blatant lie as nobody tried to call me on Friday. I now had to phone FNB and arrange for my wife to be set up as a 3rd party receiver. I did this early in the morning and this information was sent through to RAM. Later the afternoon I followed up with FNB and they said everything was in order on their side but was not getting any feedback from RAM. So now another day went past without any sign or communication from RAM's side. This is by far the worst and unprofessional service I have come across from a courier company. Why FNB is still doing business with them is beyond me! I will never use RAM or recommend them to anyone.
