Worst Service ever, only excuses and a different story everyday.

RAM Couriers do not care, they delay all packages due to ''peak season'' but this was not mentioned when I paid and made the booking. All the other courier companies work overtime to compensate for the ''peak season'' but RAM only has excuses. How can it take two days two move the package from one warehouse to the next if it's only 5km away?
