Worst service ever & *********** company
Very *********** company to deal with and worst service ever. Even the staff at RAM are very relaxed complaints are not taken serious because they are used to them 2nd time i am canceling my rain Sim card order simply because RAM keeps on lying about delivery.

24 Jun 2021, 02:30I made a phone call around 9 in the morning after receiving an sms saying order is out for delivery to ask RAM to contact me atleast 20 minutes prior delivery as I time to get closer to the delivery address but what they did is the driver contacted me when he was in front of the gate fortunately I was 5 minutes away and I told him to wait for me. When I get to the gate there wasn't anyone bearing in mind I left my client rushing for RAM. Driver **** to me saying he is coming back, I waited for like 20 minutes until I contacted the call centre which advised that the driver is no longer coming back. Very poor and *********** and this is not the first time as my previous parcel from Vodacom it was the same story.
