Worst service ever

I am so appalled by Ram service, they received my phone from Voda on 16/05 and is still with them. On 17th they updated on their tracking site that they tried to delivered but I was unavailable at home meanwhile I was waiting for them with ID copy and proof of address as I was told, on the 18th they didn't attempt delivering, no contact whatsoever then on 19th I was contacting the driver and their offices the whole day as I needed my phone because I was going out of town in the evening, in a nutshell they still have my phone and I'm out of town. Vodacom needs to change their courier contract with Ram and use someone else because RAM do not know or understand customer service. They can take the phone back to Voda, I will go to nearby store instead of panicking and stressing because of people who do not take business serious.
