Worst service ever by ram couria

I never ever experiance such a bad and poor comunication by this company. Ever since monday waiting for my parcel. 1 they fail to call me and cornfim where to deliver the parcel after that the lady called and get back to me the following day the delivery faile for the second time. They called again to cornfirm where to deliver my parcel they didnt deliver waites for them untill i called their custommer services the lady said she gona call me back up to now and i decided to go home with out my parcel. I realy need the parcel for my consumption.
