Worst service ever

I got a text saying my order was out for delivery I waited till 4pm then called them the call kept dropping then when I finally got through to a consultant he told me to hold on while he calls the driver I was on hold for 10mins then he hung up on me. I called them the following day only to be told that the driver said it was a business address and the business is closed yet I put in a residential address, I do everything via online shopping and my address was never mistaken for a business address before only with RAM, I was then told it will be escalated and I cant go to the warehouse myself coz it is closed on weekends yet they do emergency deliveries on Saturdays. The customer care agent was very nonchalant about the whole thing. Worst service ever.
