Worst service ever and ****s

I think this is by far the worst courier service I've ever had to deal with. Insurance sent my package to them and copied me with address confirmation and Ram decided to use the wrong address and claimed that my package was with a different driver. I kindly asked to meet with the so called driver half way to collect and they refused. The consultant said the team leader would call me in 15min. I'm still waiting for the call even now. They keep lying and making excuses. Such an inconvenience and disappointment to say the least
