Worst service ever and rude

I was advised by CellC my package would be delivered today I call cellc they gave give the tracking number I then called Ram *** spoke to Courtney @ 9:10 she said I would get my parcel delivered today I waited @ 1:00 I called back spoke to Thabang he advised he would get back to me I advised because I am a technician I am in a different building that is within Bankcity still waiting his response I called again at 2:15 spoke to Tumi which gave me a totally different answer saying the delivery guy was here to deliver but because I changed my address they cannot process I need to contact CellC to redo delivery I advised her that the address had only been changed at one I insisted I speak to Thabang I then asked to speak to the operations manager all of a sudden the ops manager had to rush out to a meeting and told tumi to advise me that I cannot collect the parcel from them how damn unprofessional is this I realized after reading all hello peter complaints there is a problem with this company and their call centre agents which are ***********.
