Worst service ever and LAZY LYING Drivers.

This is the worst couriers ever, i waited on a package but because the driver Phumzile was too lazy to work he said he couldn't get hold of me but magically their call centre got through to me, i was told the driver would contact me later today but when i called 16:25 i was told the driver is done working for the day but i still didn't receive my package, i lost out on a days pay because no one else could receive the package on my behalf and was told the driver will deliver Next week, so now they expect me to loose out on more money because of their lazy drivers Incompetence.
