Worst service ever!

I have been experiencing troubles with my delivery. This company continues to prove its inability to provide the service which they advertise. I have never experience such unprofessionalism until I was faced with RAM couriers. I have called in to correct my contact details which they continuously fail to do so. Furthermore, according to their online site I have been unavailable both at home and when called, however, every morning I receive an email informing me that my parcel is out for delivery, and as a result, I am left sitting at home waiting on them, only for no one to pitch up. I have been sitting at home the entire week waiting, no phone calls and certainly no driver that came to deliver my parcel. This company is the epitome of bad service delivery if you could even call it service delivery!
