Worst service ever!!
Ram needs to give their drivers customer service training. Worst service ever. They make you wait for hours, shout on the phone, they are rude as hell, very unprofessional and impatient, they can even wait for you just for 30 secs. I really dont understand why rain is using them for deliveries, I'm so disappointed in rain for using ram. If ram is so concerned about safety, why are they delivering sim cards?
