Worst service ever
Most unprofessional delivery company I had to deal with, Parcel from Rain was out for delivery on the 13th, apparently they could not find the address and made zero effort to cantact us. I am still waiting for the same delivery till this day. I contacted them and spoke to a lady who kept me on hold for mpre than 5 minutes and did not even bother to call me back. I don't knpw why these company keep on using Ram as their delivery service provider where as there is a lot of people complaining about them.
