Worst Service ever
I had the absloute worst experience with RAM. They colected my parcel from Vodacom on Monday the 2nd of December. The first time they "tried" to deliver was on Saturday the 7th of December. The guy doing the delivery claimed that the business was closed which was infact not true. We were very much still open at that time. Also my delivery address is my work and home address which means I am ALWAYS availble. This guy did'nt even try to reach me in any way. This is now causing me to still wait and nobody can give me any answer as to when the package will be delivered. When you call them is no less then 20 min holding time and then in the middle of the conversation the phone gets cut off and they would not even try to call you back.
