Worst service ever

I ordered sim from RAIN & Ram is suppose to deliver it. 1st I gave my work adress ,then called the call center to change adress to my home adress because of lockdown.Then driver still came to my work after I was told they won’t deliver on the Thursday .When he got there he was very impatient . I had to look for copy of my I’d as I was not expecting them to deliver at my work & didn’t have my original I’d with me. I told driver that I’m going to look in my locker.When I came back with the documents the driver left already .I was not gone for 5 minutes.I then tried calling him almost twenty time but phone went to voice mail every time.I then called the call center & after waiting forever to get help I was told that they gonna call the driver & call me back.Still waiting on that call.Today a driver called again & told me that he is on his way to my work adress ,I told him I’m not there & wanted to give him my home adress then driver dropped the call.Tried numerous times to call him but again no luck.Which means again that Lady at the call center never changed the adress from my work adress to my home adress.
