Worst service ever!!!
The worst service I have ever received from a courier company!!! I hope ALL the calls attached to my order number. I was called to confirm address etc and made it VERY clear that the ADDRESS needs to be corrected. The courier supposedly insists he came to me and tried to call me 3 times and left. I have NO record of these calls. I called in the morning to query my parcel and correct my address for the day and STILLL he rocks up at the incorrect address!!! I had to drive to a halfway point to meet him. I waited for about 30 minutes for him and he was only 5 minutes away from me.I accept the parcel and wait for the activation of my SIM. Its almost 4 hours later! I call and was put on hold for over 6 minutes only to be told that he has NOT processed my delivery as yet. PATHETIC SERVICE! Very Disappointed.

I hope you have already been assisted with regards to the activation of your sim. If not, please take it up with the sender, being Rain. They should be able to assist with regards to activating your order as all FICA documents have captured by the delivering driver.
