Worst service ever

that 1 star i selected is because i cannot not select a star but they deserve 0 rating , my delivery was suppose to be here on Monday to this day i am still waiting and what they put on the report for not delivering is lies, i am so frustrated , my parcel is from woolies and @ this rate maybe i should just cancel the whole thing
