Worst service ever

I upgraded a cell contract with vodacom an your company was the prefered courier. That was last week when they were suppose to deliver, but because they had the wrong address, nothing has come my way yet. I rectified my address again wit vodacom, which in turn corrected it with your company. Ive been trying to call your company for the last few hours, call just gets cut or put on hold an nobody responds. The service that your company is showing is highly poor, first of all nobody contacted me to ask if its my address or if im even home. Secondly not one single person or manager has had the decency to call or email or any form of communication with me. I will definitely not use your services or tell anybody to use. Its unprofessional an just nobody cares within your organisation.
