Worst Service Ever

I have been waiting for the parcel from 27/11/18 and i called 28/11/18 they told me someone tried calling to deliver that day haven't received any call i asked can this be a priority as i was assured it will be delivered 29/11/18 before 12:00 and called earlier today 8:30 they told me my parcel will be delivered today now called again you telling me that its not out for delivery today it can only be delivered 30/11/18 as explained this is matter of urgency ....whats worse about this i call their call center several time they will put you on hold then drop your call after a while i really wouldn't recommend this courier service to anyone
