Worst service ever

Worst service ever , I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 6 days and the drivers lie saying I am not around . My order was supposed to have been delivered by Thursday and no one came Friday the driver called me to say he is delivering and I told the call center I will not be available but still . Monday I receive a text saying my order is on the way I waited all day left my house around 17:15 to my shock I check the status it says I was not available what a load of B$$$ I even called FNB regarding the order . We have lives I can’t be waiting for people to deliver and yet no one shows up and then come back and say client not available. I want this resolved ASAP the ref number FNB 727584
