I Purchase Rain sims , once it got to there warehouse , out for delivery we have agreed to them that they cant deliver to that address after 4 pm because govt building , then the couriers had the name wrong , and did not want hand over parcel , then we rectified it again and went out for delivery again after was told it will be done for friday , then called they said sat then called said monday then call they said tues , tues came , it was said that we were not available for , then i called in again , and the agent put me through to the supervisor Thandi Mklipi , to fix it over night, as she advised me they had the wrong name , surname and cell phone number ...
