WORST SERVICE! DISGUSTING MANNERS BY RUDE DRIVER!

Worst service! the driver phoned me to deliver my package, I explained that I need to download my bank statement for POR and he came through to my office reception and did not wait even half a minute for the printout and left! I had then called him to turn around as I saw the vehicle backing out of my company parking and he refused saying that he will come back in the morning- AND I am more than welcome to complain to RAM! I then get on the line with RAM and instead of making the driver turn around and deliver my package they delayed it to be delivered tomorrow! the driver was rude and refused to give me his name! I gave my fiancé his number to call him to turn around and deliver my package - he then tells him to "**** OFF" AND HANGS UP - HERE IS YOUR RUDE DRIVERS NUMBER! ***! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC THAT THERE ARE SO MANY UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE LOOKING FOR WORK IN OUR COUNTRY AND THIS IS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST RIDING THE WAVE!
