Worst service delivery.

Worst delivery service in cape town. Been trying to get my parcel for a week now. Calling multiple times a day, just to be told it has been escalated. Even had a 3 way phone call with them and Vodacom on the line on why my parcel is not being delivered. Everyday, "it will definitely be delivered tomorrow" and it does not. I needs this phone like today before 14:30, I am a manager and require this parcel for work purposes. They clearly do not know what they are doing and clearly not enforcing proper procedures for deliveries. Deliveries seems all over the place. If the people don't want to do the work, fire them.
