Worst service!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the courier company. My delivery was scheduled to arrive today after waiting longer than promised, but I am very disappointed with how the situation has been handled. The courier driver called me once, stating he couldn’t find parking. When I called back, 5 minutes later to be precise, he assured me he was on his way to deliver my package. However, upon following up again, he informed me that he was in Idas Valley, Stellenbosch, and had forgotten about my delivery because he received numerous calls after speaking with me. He then stated that my package would only be delivered tomorrow. This has caused a significant inconvenience, as I now have to rearrange my plans and wait an additional day for a delivery that was out for distribution the entire day today. I find this lack of professionalism and accountability unacceptable. I kindly request that you address this matter to ensure better service in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate an update on when exactly my package will be delivered tomorrow, as well as any steps you plan to take to resolve this inconvenience.
